Shipping Policy
“DoiTung” will ship your order to the registered address via Thailand Post service. The shipping duration and rates are as follows:
Registered postal service takes around 8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Remarks:
- DoiTung will process your shipping after receiving the payment confirmation.
- Customers will receive the order confirmation from DoiTung.
- Shipping will be processed according to the order number.
- Products under the same order number may be separately shipped, depending on the type of product.
- The order will be shipped to the identified shipping address. After the shipping is confirmed, any changes of address cannot be made.
- In case of delayed delivery, DoiTung will inform customers via email or telephone.
- The given shipping duration is estimated and not guranteed. The actual delivery date may vary depending on the shipping courier, holidays, and festive periods.
